Crypto IRA Launch

The Crypto IRA product is a collection of REST APIs providing financial institutions and crypto onramps with the ability to offer qualified custodianship holding digital assets in an IRA, opening up digital asset investment to retirement portfolios.

My role was Sr PM of the product and included taking the project into and through beta, vendor communication and management, customer (and separately, end-user) needs, and breaking down work into manageable and understandable work items for my engineers.

Product Led Growth MVP

Prime Trust was primarily sales led, and leadership wanted to begin offering a PLG strategy.

The project entailed preparing the company's sandbox environment for increased traffic, redesigning and improving resources for non-customers, creating a gated entry into the sandbox, and ensuring proper legal disclosures were set. Once prepared, a soft launch to a pilot audience would be organized by the marketing department.

My role was Product Manager in a mostly unfunded project that wasn't on the roadmap. Without using additional resources, I mapped out the user experience flow, wrote the outline for the updated guides, wrote the tickets for engineering, and oversaw it's completion weeks before Marketing's imposed deadline.

Death of a Client Overhaul

The enterprise-wide project entailed reviewing all policies and processes surrounding settling deceased accounts at a mid-sized regional Investment, to streamline the processes, and to automate where possible.

The deliverables at project end included a comprehensive guide for branches and their staff as well as a fully automated digital workflow solution to initiate the and monitor every death reported at each step of the process.

My role was project manager for this project and my duties included leading the project, doing designating research duties, and drafting the copy for both the comprehensive and curated guides in their entirety,

I also designed the user experience, and developed the workflow itself, the copy and instructions on all pages, and all of the technical logic.
